Katha pre-recorded at Daudhar on 4 April 2020.

Message:
The Creator who has created everything is everywhere; nothing can be hidden from the Creator. When no one else is looking, the Creator still is. It is to the Creator that we reveal who we really are.
Real happiness comes from feeling connected with the Creator; knowing and feeling the Creator’s presence, through what we perceive as happiness and also through moments of difficulty. This stable and constant feeling of contentment is the only feeling that lasts forever. With this feeling we can sail through all moments in life, because time is not constant. Time shall pass and so shall the moments that are within it.

Reflection:
Happiness is a feeling of bliss that pre-exists within the spiritual mind. So why then do we lose it in pursuit of acquiring objects and achieving stature that we know will be lost in a moments time. It is perhaps because we can get so consumed in striving for happiness or material comforts that we lose sight of the truth; that the Creator is all that prevails through time. The perceived happiness that we have challenged ourselves so hard to acquire from worldly gains does not last, because we have let go of the all pervading and everlasting Creator.
When we lose sight of this truth and the accompanying feeling of calm and resolute bliss in both moments of worldly happiness and despair, we feel discontented.
What we must remember is that in much the same way that nothing that we believe to be happiness can last forever, neither can the difficult moments. They too will not last; they too will be lost with time.
So why not challenge ourselves instead, in pursuit of being resolute to the pre-existing feeling of bliss in our spiritual mind. Why not nurture that which will remain constant through happiness and through difficulty. Why not move forward and understand that change is inevitable and if this is a difficult time then a new time is also on the horizon.
