Katha pre-recorded at Daudhar on 2 April 2020.

Message:
Life and its moments are created, sustained, and destroyed at the will of The Creator.
How we live those moments is the opportunity The Creator has bestowed upon us. It is up to us whether we view difficult moments as problems or as challenges that can be overcome.

Reflection:
A spiritual mind is one that is patient and resilient; it resembles the focus of a warrior in pursuit of victory. It does not quit or fall mercy to fear it rises to the challenge. It accepts that the purpose of the challenge is not to destroy it but to strengthen it and promote it’s growth. It does not allow the challenge to limit its ability to live the present moment but instead it responds to it, allowing the quest to improve the mind, as exercise strengthens the body, because only after a rainfall are we able to see the rainbow and only after enduring considerable pressure does a rock turn into a gem.
